We are here to help you. It is up to you to take the first step.
Everyone has people in their family or close surroundings suffering from depressive conditions, anxiety, neurosis, workaholism or co-dependency who need professional help. This is why the Green Frog centre was established. A special place, where isolation from the outside world, focus on oneself, detachment from what weighs one down, beauty and proximity to nature - all this is to help one gain distance from the world and observe oneself carefully. With the professional support of a team of experienced therapists, everyone can regain strength, inner peace and balance with us and, most importantly, feel that life is worth living again.

Wheel of life
The wheel of life illustrates well the most important areas of our activity. Looking carefully at each of these areas and considering where on the axis we can mark the degree of our personal satisfaction makes it easier to find the answer to a simple question: what is the quality of our life? Perhaps we will see something we have not paid attention to before? It is worth remembering that improvement in one area, can bring constructive, beneficial changes in others.
Peace and freedom
A sense of inner peace and freedom is the goal of every mature person. The world around us is spinning at dizzying speed, so sometimes we feel dizzy and lost. How do we use our free time? How do we find the right balance between work and leisure? Come and see us, together we will consider your wheel of life.
Green Frog as a symbol of your transformation
From ancient Greece to Chinese mythology, the symbolism attributed to the frog is surprisingly consistent, as it is linked to good fortune, happiness and transformation. The humble frog figure (like spring) was believed to bring rebirth and hope for a better tomorrow. In Slavic folklore, on the other hand, we find beliefs in its properties healing and cleansing. With therapy at our centre, the Green Frog can become a symbol of your return to wholeness. Don't be afraid of the frog and come to Derc!
