Green Frog - everything you need to know about the Therapy Centre in Derc
Throughout history, people have attributed certain symbolism to the frog associated with good fortune, happiness and transformation. This is why the frog has become the patron saint of our Therapy Centre. What is more, the human psyche can be compared to the behaviour of a frog, because we are able to absorb difficulties that pile up, just as a frog absorbs water through its skin. We are also able to wait out bad times by hibernating and going numb, or we camouflage our problems like the amphibian that blends in with the landscape, because we think this is the best defence technique. At the Green Frog, we will professionally help you to improve your mental resilience, to face the problem of depressive states, anxiety or codependency, and we will help you to calm your thoughts, to calm down, to unburden your body and mind. A stay at Derc is a form of rehabilitation of the nervous systemwhich (like any other) needs regeneration. In short, we will prepare you for a real leapfrog leap to inner strength and balance!
How does the Green Frog Therapy Centre work?
The Centre's activities focus on providing ecotherapeutic assistance in areas of life that require building a new and strong relationship with oneself and one's loved ones, such as learning to cope with difficult situations or learning to set boundaries and take care of one's well-being. The flexible therapy, which is designed to assist in the process of mental health recovery, ranges from one to five weeks in the form of intimate meetings in groups of up to 10 people, depending on your needs. The high standard of accommodation ensures complete comfort and our team of professionals ensures that time is well-spent during your stay at the Centre. We offer our residents the opportunity to benefit from an impressive range of many psychotherapeutic techniques combined with the rich world of Warmian nature.
